Water Heater Installations Starting $1,800

Water Heater Installation

Water heaters are easy to forget about, until they stop working! We repair water heaters, and we also install new ones. Need hot water fast? We love our tankless water heaters for efficiency! Includes a ten-year tank warranty.

What type of water heater should I choose—tank or tankless?

Tank water heaters are generally more affordable upfront and store a set amount of hot water, while tankless models heat water on demand, offering energy efficiency and endless hot water. The best choice depends on your household size, budget, and hot water usage.

How long does water heater installation take?

Most standard water heater installations take about 2 to 4 hours, depending on the type of unit and any additional work needed, such as upgrades to plumbing or venting.

How long does a new water heater last?

A traditional tank water heater typically lasts 8–12 years, while a tankless system can last 15–20 years with proper maintenance.

What is the dispatch fee?

We do have an $89 dispatch fee, which covers the cost of sending a licensed technician to your property for a full on-site evaluation and diagnosis of the issue. This fee ensures we can dedicate the time and expertise needed to assess the problem properly.

**However, depending on the type of repair or service you choose after the technician provides your options, this fee may be credited toward the total cost or waived entirely. The technician will go over everything with you before any work begins, so there are no surprises."

$4599 Tankless Water Heater

Enjoy hot water on demand & greater energy efficiency

Tankless Water Heater

Endless Hot Water Starts at Just $4599
Upgrade to a tankless water heater and enjoy hot water on demand, greater energy efficiency, and more space in your home. Starting at just $4599, it’s a smart investment in comfort and convenience.

What’s the biggest benefit of a tankless water heater?

Unlike traditional tanks, tankless systems heat water only when you need it - so you get endless hot water, lower energy bills, and no more waiting for the tank to refill.

Will a tankless water heater really save money?

Yes! Because it doesn’t keep water hot 24/7, a tankless unit can reduce energy usage by up to 30%, helping you save on utility bills over time.

How long do tankless water heaters last?

With proper maintenance, a tankless unit can last up to 20 years or more, significantly longer than traditional tank heaters—making it a long-term, cost-effective upgrade.

$99 Tankless Water Heater Flush

Improve efficiency, extend the unit’s lifespan.

Tankless Water Heater Flush

Keep It Running Like New – Tankless Flush for Just $99

A yearly flush keeps your tankless water heater performing at its best. For just $99, we’ll remove built-up scale and sediment to improve efficiency, extend the unit’s lifespan, and ensure consistent hot water when you need it.

Why does my tankless water heater need to be flushed?

Over time, mineral buildup (especially from hard water) can clog the heat exchanger and reduce efficiency. Flushing clears it out and helps your system run like new.

How often should I have this service done?

We recommend flushing your unit once a year. It’s quick, affordable, and helps prevent costly repairs down the road.

What happens if I skip it?

Skipping regular flushes can lead to reduced performance, higher energy bills, and even system failure over time. An annual flush is a small investment that protects a major appliance.
