We’ll clean and service your air conditioner in the spring and then your furnace in the fall. It’ll also include two filter replacements, priority scheduling, 20% OFF repairs, service fees will be waived with repairs & more!

We charge an additional $10 per unit.

If repair work is needed, we will waive the $99 trip charge to give you an estimate of repair as long as you are on our semi-annual cleaning schedule.

It depends on the type of system you have in your home. At least twice a year, however this could be more. We will replace your filters for you, at the time of service, for just the cost of the filters, saving you time and energy.
